SEASON TICKET RAINCHECK POLICY
RAINCHECK:
Raincheck your unused ticket from a previously played home game for an additional ticket to select games the following month. Raincheck tickets must be redeemed at the Wheat King office. Season Ticket Raincheck dates are as follows:
USE A MISSED GAME TICKET FROM: October - December
AT THE FOLLOWING GAMES:

BIRTHDAY REQUESTS
Celebrate your birthday with the Wheat Kings and make it a day to remember! Bring your friends and family to the game and enjoy the thrill of live hockey action. As a Season Ticket Holder, you get a special birthday shout-out on the video board, making your big day even more exciting as the whole arena celebrates with you!
If you're looking for the ultimate birthday experience, book a full birthday package that includes tickets to the game, loot bags filled with fun surprises, delicious cupcakes, and recognition on the video-board. TICKET OFFICE HOURS
Tickets for BWK hockey games can be purchased in three ways:

Wheat Kings Office Hours:
Weekday Regular Hours - Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Weekday Game Days - Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM
Weekend Game Days / Afternoon Game Days - 4 Hours Prior to Puck Drop
In-Person Ticket Office Hours (As of September 4th, 2024):
Event and Game Day: 11:00 AM
Monday: CLOSED
Tuesday: CLOSED
Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: CLOSED
Sunday: CLOSED
On event days, tickets for that day's event become unavailable for purchase online one hour prior to the scheduled start of the event.
**Days and/or hours may be added or extended for various events and on sales.
BWK TEAM STORE
Gear up and show your Wheat Kings pride by shopping at the BWK Team Store! Opening one hour before puck drop and staying open 30 minutes after the game, the Team Store is your go-to spot for all BWK hockey merchandise. From jerseys and hats, to sticks and souvenirs, you'll find everything you need to support your team in style. Don't miss out on the latest gear and exclusive items—stop by the BWK Team Store and take your fan experience to the next level!

EXPERIENCE THE VIEWING LOUNGE OR GOLD DECK
The Viewing Lounge is great for larger functions as it can accommodate 50 – 100 people. Experience the game in a private setting behind the glass or in the lower bowl, as seats will be provided for both areas.
Enjoy catering services, private bar and private bathrooms.
If you want to be right in the middle of the action with a smaller, more intimate group, the Sandhills Casino Gold Deck is right for you with 16 bar seats right at the glass!

HOW TO RENEW YOUR SEASON TICKETS & MANAGE YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT
As a season ticket holder, you can manage your season tickets online through your My Account in our Fan Portal. This will allow season ticket holders to download tickets to your mobile device, transfer tickets to others or even exchange tickets for upcoming games that you cannot attend for additional tickets to a future game.
